HARAPPA S.R.L., CUIT 30-71246285-6, headquartered at República Árabe Siria 3088, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, manages an interactive online platform called "Learn DeROSE" (hereinafter, the "Platform"), together with its associated Services and Products. Its goal is to connect and create opportunities for people interested in practicing the DeROSE Method and for those who teach it.

Registration

To use the Platform, you must register and provide the required information. Some content may be available without registration.

Validity of the Terms and Conditions

Validity

Using or registering on the Platform implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which remain in effect until they are revoked.

Prerequisite

Registering and using the Services requires prior acceptance of these Terms.

Scope

These Terms apply to all access points, domains, and mobile applications of Learn DeROSE.

Purpose of the Agreement

Use of the Platform to connect people.
Access to the Activities Calendar.
Access to news related to the DeROSE Method.
Multimedia content developed by authorized Schools and instructors.
Reservation service for paid activities as indicated on the Platform.

Registration and User Types

Free Subscription

Registration is free and is completed through a form. Only individuals aged 18 or older may register.

Account Types

Standard Account: access to content.
Administrator Account: reserved for certified instructors, with permission to upload content.

Platform Content

Only Administrator users may upload content. Learn DeROSE may remove or block content that affects the Platform. Users who upload content are responsible for it and grant Learn DeROSE usage and image rights.

Rights of Learn DeROSE

Learn DeROSE may reject users, suspend accounts, contact users to verify information, or modify its services with prior notice.

General Terms

Fraud Protection

Users must protect their accounts and report any unauthorized use.

Changes to Features

Learn DeROSE may modify features without refunds when changes are not detrimental.

Interruption and Termination

Learn DeROSE may interrupt services, notifying users. Both users and Learn DeROSE may end the relationship in accordance with these Terms.

User Obligations and Conduct

Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
Do not publish offensive or illegal content.
Do not engage in spam or interfere with the Platform.
Keep personal information secure.

Breach

Sanctions include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account cancellation.

Content and Ownership

Learn DeROSE may use content uploaded by users without claiming ownership. Users are responsible for the content they share.

Limitation of Liability

Learn DeROSE is only liable for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. It is not responsible for content errors, viruses, downloads, or conflicts between users.

Indemnification

Users will indemnify Learn DeROSE from third-party claims arising from uploaded content or improper use.

Changes to the Terms

Learn DeROSE may modify these Terms, posting updates on the Platform or sending email notifications at least 30 days in advance.

Final Provisions

If any clause is null, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The governing law is that of Argentina, and the competent courts are those of Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
